Sailing in the same direction.

Arakotis is open to partnering with entrepreneurs and companies where the arrangement genuinely benefits both sides.

Not every relationship with Arakotis needs to be a standard consulting engagement. For the right fit — a company with complementary strengths, an entrepreneur building something Arakotis believes in, or a collaboration that could move faster together than apart — partnership is on the table.

That might look like equity in exchange for advisory work, a joint venture on a specific product or program, a referral or co-marketing relationship, or something else entirely that neither side has thought of yet.

There's no template for this. Every partnership is negotiated and agreed upon case by case, directly with the founder and CEO.

If you think there's a mutually beneficial way to work together, the best next step is simply to start the conversation — no proposal needs to be polished before you reach out.

How a partnership comes together

There's no fixed template, but most conversations follow a similar shape.

01

Introductory conversation

An open discussion about what each side brings to the table, and what a partnership could realistically look like — no commitment, no pressure.

02

Alignment check

An honest assessment of whether the fit is genuinely mutually beneficial before either side spends time formalizing anything.

03

Structuring the arrangement

Working out the actual terms — equity for advisory work, a joint venture, a referral relationship, or something else — negotiated case by case.

04

Working together

Hands-on collaboration under the agreed structure, with the founder and CEO directly involved throughout.

05

Revisit and adjust

Periodic check-ins to make sure the arrangement still works for both sides as circumstances change — partnerships aren't meant to be static.
